Position Overview:

We are looking for a PQ Readiness Lead
to support a key pharmaceutical project in the
Basel area
, with a strong initial focus on
clean utilities
. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that Operations receive all the required deliverables, documentation, and support needed to perform high-quality
PQ (Performance Qualification)
activities —
on time and under control
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between
    CQV/Engineering
    and
    Operations
    during PQ preparation
  • Ensure
    all OQ-to-PQ handover elements
    are delivered, reviewed, and accessible
  • Track the availability and quality of required documentation, reports, and system status
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (QA, CQV, Engineering, Operations) to ensure smooth PQ readiness
  • Anticipate and resolve blockers related to documentation, test plans, or system handovers
  • Drive
    alignment across disciplines
    to ensure timely and GMP-compliant execution of PQ
  • Maintain project visibility on
    clean utilities scope
    , with possible extension to other systems

Profile Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in
    QA, CQV, or Engineering
    within GMP-regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of
    clean utilities
    (PW, WFI, Clean Steam, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage
    interfaces between qualification and operations
  • Fluent in GMP requirements
    and qualification deliverables lifecycle
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to
    speak the language
    of CQV, QA, and Operations
  • Strong
    organizational mindset
    : detail-oriented while keeping a global view
  • Fluent in
    English
    (mandatory); other languages are a plus
