Role Description:

This is a
full-time, on-site role
for a
Sales Assistant
in Melide. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in daily operations, including:

• Managing commercial back office tasks
• Handling customer inquiries in German, English, and French
• Organizing and maintaining sales records
• Assisting with client orders, follow-ups, and invoicing
• Deputize for sales representatives during absences
• Handling switchboard and client contacts
• Administrative support, including filing and document management

The ideal candidate will contribute to smooth
commercial and administrative
processes while providing
excellent service
to our
international clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Customer Service abilities
• Effective Communication skills in
  German, English, and French (spoken and written proficiency in all three languages is required AT LEAST C1 LEVEL
  ), ITALIAN will be a plus.
• Previous sales experience and ability to support sales initiatives, either as a Sales Assistant or as a PA to the CEO, or as an Administrative Assistant.
• Organizational Skills for record-keeping and managing customer orders efficiently
• Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
• Speed and efficiency in task execution
• Kind, professional, and customer-focused approach
