Our client is a
respected healthcare organisation operating within the pharmaceutical distribution sector
, ensuring the compliant handling and storage of medicinal products in Switzerland. To maintain the highest quality and regulatory standards, we are now seeking an experienced and reliable
Responsible Person (FvP)
for their
central warehouse in Villmergen
.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Swissmedic, HMG, AMBV, and GDP requirements
• Exercise professional oversight of GDP-relevant operations at the warehouse
• Approve GDP-relevant suppliers, returns, and new healthcare recipients
• Conduct internal and supplier GDP audits
• Prepare for and lead Swissmedic inspections, including CAPA management
• Train employees on GDP-related topics and oversee qualification documentation
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)

Your Profile

• Degree in Pharmacy (Swiss-registered pharmacist or equivalent recognised qualification)
• Proven experience as FvP or in a similar responsible role within a pharmaceutical company
• Sound understanding of GDP regulations and Swissmedic requirements
• Independent, structured, and quality-focused approach
• Fluent in German, with good English skills preferred
