Your responsibilities:

As a Senior Consultant with focus on Business & Digital Transformation, you will help financial institutions meet their objectives in the field of strategic business initiatives, digitally-enabled and future-proof solutions or other strategic financial areas through e.g.:

  • Collecting information and data through a variety of methods, e.g. interviewing, surveys, reports, queries
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify patterns, issues or causal relationships
  • Formulate actionable insights and recommend actions or solutions
  • Establish functional requirements to enable the continuous development of digital solutions
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Facilitate the decision-making process
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (e.g. delivery, business stakeholders, support functions)
  • Independently manage a functional stream within a larger project
  • Independently manage a small to mid-sized project

In addition, you serve as a role model and coach junior colleagues, and actively contribute to continuously sharpen and expand our offerings & services.

Your profile:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree, ideally in e.g. business administration, finance, engineering, computer science, finance or a related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, data analysis, digital transformation or a similar role (previous consulting background preferred)
  • A solid understanding of banking business models and processes, preferably in the field of Wealth Management, Asset Management or Capital Markets
  • Comfortable analysing large datasets and visualising findings, using e.g. MS Excel, Python, Tableau, MySQL
  • Experience with waterfall, agile or / or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across seniority levels in business and IT organisations
  • Fluency in German and English, both verbally and written
