Senior Process & Governance Analyst – International Programmes
to join its Head Office team in Zurich. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, internationally minded professional who is passionate about governance excellence, process optimization, and driving scalable solutions across global insurance operations.
Your Role & Impact
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and strengthening the governance and operational framework for international insurance programmes, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to design and implement a comprehensive governance framework for international insurance programmes, aligned with global standards and multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements
- Develop and refine the strategic concept for international programme product offerings in close collaboration with lines of business, covering governance structures, operating models, and training strategies
- Drive process optimization and harmonization across international insurance workflows, including policy issuance, claims handling, premium calculation, and compliance
- Partner with senior stakeholders in underwriting, operations, compliance, and IT to define and document end-to-end processes, integrating best practices and digital tools
- Establish governance guidelines, control mechanisms, and monitoring frameworks to ensure quality delivery, risk mitigation, and adherence to global standards
- Design and deliver advanced training programmes to support knowledge transfer and adoption of optimized processes and governance principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops and change management initiatives, supporting organizational transformation, automation, and digitalization efforts
- Provide strategic insights through data-driven analysis of process efficiency, compliance metrics, and governance effectiveness, with clear recommendations to senior leadership
- Act as a subject matter expert for international insurance programmes, representing the organization in global forums and contributing to thought leadership initiatives
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field
- Advanced certifications in Business Process Management, Governance, or Insurance Management are highly desirable
- 5–7+ years of experience in process management and governance within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on international programmes and multinational operations
- In-depth understanding of international insurance operations, regulatory environments, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven experience in developing governance frameworks, strategic concepts, and training programmes for global insurance networks
- Strong leadership capabilities in process improvement, change management, and digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in process modelling and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Innovative mindset with a strong interest in emerging technologies and customer-centric digital solutions
- Professional fluency in
English

German
(written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
