Ihre Rolle

  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten Finanzbuchhaltung und Erstellung von periodischen Abschlüssen (OR/IFRS).
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen sowie Einführung moderner Technologien
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen, motivierten Finanzteams
  • Verantwortung für die operative Finanzsteuerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung mit Stellvertretungsfunktion des Managing Directors.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, Abschlusserstellung und Reporting
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Finanzsoftware (MS Office, insbes. Excel, SAP von Vorteil)
  • Hands-On Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, ein gutes Verständnis für finanzielle Zusammenhänge und idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
