Zweck der Stelle:

Du liebst es, Technik und Automatisierung zu verbinden? Als Robotic and Automation Specialist gestaltest du aktiv die Zukunft unserer Produktionszellen und Spritzgussanlagen mit – von der Programmierung über die Optimierung bis hin zur Integration neuer Technologien und Vision-Systeme.
Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Automationslösungen reibungslos laufen, die Produktivität kontinuierlich steigt und Prozesse noch effizienter werden. Mit deinem Know-how und deinen Ideen hebst du unsere Produktion auf das nächste Level

Aufgaben: 

  • Programmierung, Optimierung und Instandhaltung von Robotern, Automationen und Vision-Systemen im Bereich Molding

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen (z. B. Kunststofftechnologen, Konstruktion, Tool Shop)

  • Mitarbeit an Projekten mit Fokus auf Automatisierung, Prozessverbesserung und Innovation

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Programmen, Dokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Schulungsunterlagen

  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Betreuung von Lernenden im Bereich Automatisierung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automatiker oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung (z. B. Kunststofftechnologe, Polymechaniker)

  • Erfahrung in der Spritzgussproduktion sowie im Bereich Automatisierung, Robotik und Vision-Systemen

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Steuerungs- und Roboterprogrammierung

  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Teamfähigkeit, Innovationsgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

  • Flexibilität bei Arbeitszeiten im Rahmen der Gleitzeitmodelle

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil

  • Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)
