MANSIONI E ATTIVITÀ

  • Supportare il Supply Chain Planner nelle attività quotidiane legate alla pianificazione della produzione

  • Collaborare con l'ufficio vendite per stabilire priorità di consegna e produzione, gestione degli stock di materie prime e prodotti finiti

  • Pianificare le linee produttive, garantendo efficienza, puntualità, costi contenuti e qualità

  • Eseguire analisi giornaliere dei risultati MRP (Material Requirement Planning)

  • Gestire registrazioni relative a tempi di produzione, quantità effettive, scarti e chiusura ordini

  • Verificare e aggiornare distinte base e cicli di produzione per i vari reparti

  • Fornire supporto ad Accounting & Controlling per analisi dei costi di produzione

  • Mantenere modelli di controllo dei processi produttivi che rispecchino le prestazioni correnti

  • Monitorare KPI di produzione e riferire all'Head of Production le performance complessive

  • Supportare il reparto IT nella configurazione dei moduli SAP relativi alla Supply Chain

  • Proporre e implementare soluzioni IT e innovazioni di processo per migliorare pianificazione e controllo della produzione

  • Individuare e attuare soluzioni per ridurre i tempi di attraversamento, migliorare i processi e contenere i costi

Il SUO PROFILO PROFESSIONALE

  • Formazione preferibilmente in ingegneria gestionale (laurea triennale o magistrale)

  • Esperienza almeno di 1‑2 anni in aziende metalmeccaniche/meccaniche, in ruoli quali assistente pianificazione, supporto produzione, tempi e metodi

  • Ottime capacità operative di pianificazione e organizzazione

  • Conoscenza avanzata di Excel e del pacchetto Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint)

  • Esperienza comprovata con SAP, in particolare modulo Production Planning

  • Spirito di squadra, capacità di gestire priorità multiple, flessibilità, proattività, attitudine analitica

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
