Job Description:

Experienced support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine. Provides support for internal teams in the Manufacturing Product & Packaging Operations function. Follows standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment pertaining to areas of technical support of operations.
Completes routine tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Product & Packaging Operations unit under general supervision, and follows standard operating procedures ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Ensures proper functionality of detection and rejection systems for packages.
Inspects materials rejected from equipment for defects prior to repackaging.
Documents key information on packaging equipment to aide in current and future trouble shooting activities.
Makes minor equipment adjustments as needed to return packaging equipment to a functional state.
Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
