Position Overview:

We are a Swiss international recruiting company specializing in financial services and wealth management. We are currently expanding our team in Zurich and we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant Intern to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract potential candidates for various positions within the wealth management sector.
  • Conduct thorough screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our organisation.
  • Handle administrative duties, including maintaining candidate records and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve sourcing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment with client contact is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and team members.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required. Proficiency in German is an asset, and additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate records and administrative tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in supporting team goals.
  • Background in recruiting and/or banking industry is also a plus.
