Nous ouvrons un poste d'Ingénieur Java/React pour renforcer l'équipe de notre client basé à Renens.

Responsabilités du poste
  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions fullstack en Java et React.
  • Participer aux processus Agile, en étant un acteur clé des sprints et des revues.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes pour développer des solutions innovantes.
  • Réaliser des tests unitaires afin de garantir la qualité du code.
  • Participer à la maintenance applicative et à la résolution d'incidents.

  • Identifier et résoudre des défis techniques complexes avec une approche orientée qualité

  • Proposer des idées et des solutions pour optimiser les performances des systèmes existants.

  • Maintenir un haut niveau de qualité de code, tout en respectant les délais de livraison
  • Être un partenaire actif dans l'élaboration de stratégies techniques et leur mise en œuvre.
  • Adapter vos méthodes de travail dans un environnement structuré et exigeant.
Prérequis du poste
  • Expérience professionnelle entre 5 et 10 ans en développement Fullstack Java/React.
  • Très bonne maîtrise des environnements front-end et back-end.
  • Bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile et capacité à travailler en autonomie.
  • Compétences solides en ingénierie logicielle et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Curiosité et intérêt marqué pour les nouvelles technologies et innovations.
  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Aptitude à comprendre les besoins d'une organisation de grande envergure.
  • Solide esprit analytique et sens des priorités.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement structuré.
