We are seeking a Public Affairs Manager (100%) for a permanent position in our Legal & Compliance team.

Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you…
  • develop and implement Public Affairs strategies aligned with company objectives
  • collaborate closely with local management as well as EU and global Public Affairs teams
  • build and maintain a strong network with political, regulatory, and industry stakeholders in Switzerland
  • represent the company at events, panels, and hearings
  • effectively communicate company positions to policymakers and relevant stakeholders
  • monitor political and regulatory developments and assess their potential impact
  • manage early issue detection across stakeholders and media
  • advise internal departments on political and regulatory trends
  • report on Public Affairs activities and provide strategic input

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…
  • hold a degree in Political Science, Law, Communications, or related field
  • have an excellent knowledge of the Swiss political system and regulatory processes
  • bring several years of Public Affairs experience
  • demonstrate strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • are persuasive and confident in interacting with C-level executives and governmental stakeholders
  • are able to manage and prioritize multiple topics and projects simultaneously
  • show a high level of integrity and reliability
  • communicate fluently in German and English; French is considered an asset
