Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Deskside Support role based in Basel. The Deskside Support professional will be responsible for providing technical and customer support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues. Daily tasks include managing tickets, maintaining IT equipment, collaborating with other technical teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
- Excellent customer support and communication skills to ensure positive interactions and clear guidance for end-users.
- Proficient analytical skills to assess and address technical challenges systematically.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks under pressure, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent are beneficial.
- Proficiency in English, and knowledge of German or French is a plus.
