About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Program Delivery and Execution Manager - Project Manager (PjM) to join our growing MAYI ID team. She/he is the pivotal player in planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful delivery of new features and technological products across the organization. This role is directly responsible for the governance of the product development lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of roadmaps, budgets, and resources with the strategic business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

The PjM ensures successful product execution by driving cross-functional development teams (Dev, QA, UX/UI), proactively managing technical risks and dependencies, and maintaining transparent communication from vision to deployment. This role maintains full traceability and supports all compliance and reporting requirements throughout the development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

Scope and responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities across multiple technical and business teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Ensure feature requests, raised internally and externally, are clearly communicated, assessed, and estimated by the development team.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and dependencies to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Maintain proactive follow-up on deliverables and action items to drive continuous project progress.
• Lead the Technical Advisory Board to gather expert input on architecture, design, and technical decisions.
• Present project status, risks, and key data to the Steering Committee to support informed strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal project governance frameworks, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks and mitigation plans in coordination with stakeholders and technical leaders.
• Plan, initiate, and oversee IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through lessons learned, stakeholder feedback, and process refinement.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to scope new initiatives, define milestones, and track progress.
• Ensure that project outcomes support operational efficiency, technology modernization, and service quality.
• Interactions with Internal IT teams (IAM, Linux, Windows, Network) and external development Team (nearshoring partners), Go To Market Team (Sales, Partner Management and Marketing), Service Account Managers and business stakeholders, Technical Advisory Board and Steering Committee members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
• PMP, IPMA or other relevant certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), infrastructure, and system integration concepts.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, GitLab, GitHub, etc.).
• Ability to interpret technical inputs and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) concepts is a plus.
