Die Stelle des Project Engineers in unserem Schaffhauser Werk ist der ideale nächste Schritt für jemanden mit ein paar Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Produktion und einer Leidenschaft für Engineering Excellence. Die Rolle beinhaltet spannende strategische Aufgaben wie KVP sowie die Mitarbeit oder Führung bei der Evaluierung und Umsetzung von Investitionsprojekten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Systematische Analyse von Schwachstellen im Produktionsprozess und Ausnützung von Optimierungspotenzial unter Anwendung innovativer Technologien und Ansätze
  • Anstreben von ökonomisch- und technisch ausgeglichenen Lösungen
  • Effizientes Projektmanagement (z.B. anhand finanzieller und zeitlicher Meilensteine)
  • Nach Bedarf, Mitarbeit bei Investitionsprojekten als Teil der Projektorganisation
  • Produktions- und Instandhaltungsunterstützung bei komplexen und anspruchsvollen Problemstellungen (Konstruktion, Anpassung/Fertigung, Aufbau etc.)
  • Unterstützen bei Lean-Aktionen (z.B. KAIZEN und KVP)
  • Proaktive, funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit anderen GF KollegInnen auf allen Ebenen (F&E, Produktion, etc.)

Ihr Profil

  • Höhere technische Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einem produzierenden Betrieb
  • Solide Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und entsprechender Methodologien
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Effizienzstreben
  • Hohe Lösungsorientierung und kreative Herangehensweise
  • Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten und gewinnende Persönlichkeit
  • Fliessend Deutsch und gutes Englisch
