We are seeking a proactive and versatile IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure and provide hands-on technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background, with specific expertise in managing our Odoo ERP system and Google Workspace. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT operations.

The LeeGroup is a fast-growing D2C company from Lucerne. We produce and sell the best nutritional supplements and skincare products in Switzerland.

Tasks
  • ERP & Application Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our Odoo ERP system. This includes troubleshooting user issues, performing minor fixes and customizations in Python, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Infrastructure & Network Management: Manage IT assets and network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, and printers. This involves setting up new devices (like the Zebra printer) and ensuring proper documentation, configuration, and compliance with security standards.
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. Proactively identify potential issues and inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
  • User & Access Management: Administer user accounts and access rights within Google Workspace. Ensure the proper setup and management of email addresses, shared drives, and security settings.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to propose enhancements and ensure the overall security of IT operations.
Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration, including user and group management.
  • Proven experience in a generalist IT role, preferably in a small to medium-sized enterprise.
  • Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in the Odoo ERP system (Odoo 16/18 knowledge is a strong plus).
  • You communicate fluently in English and are able understand complex topics in German.
  • A valid Swiss work permit.

Additionally, any of the following are considered nice to have:

  • Familiarity with cloud systems, servers, and backup solutions.
  • Knowledge of system security practices and data protection.
  • Familiarity with version control and deployment practices (basic DevOps tasks).
