Requirements Must have: - 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en exploitation réseau avec participation à des projets de migration dans des environnements Fortinet et Cisco, sur les technologies suivantes: - FortiGate, FortiSwitch & FortiManager : un prérequis - FortiAnalyzer, FortiAuthenticator, FortiEMS : un atout - Aruba/Cisco (env. Datacenter de type Nexus VPC) - Netskope - Expérience significative en gestion et troubleshooting de réseaux - Certifications : Fortinet requise (FCP (NSE4 NSE5) & FCSS (NSE6 NSE7), Cisco recommandée - Expérience avérée en conception d'architectures réseau complexes (routage avancée, segmentation, etc.) incluant le déploiement d'infrastructures sur sites (installation, intégration & câblage) - Expertise des environnements WAN, LAN, WLAN & Datacenter - Connaissances RADIUS, TACACS, SAML - Expérience en automatisation et des approches as-a-code : Terraform, Ansible - Technologies : SD-WAN, VPN, SASE, Azure Network Architecture, WAF, Reverse Proxy - Bonnes pratiques, processus et méthodologie ITIL - Français courant, Anglais B2 Responsibilities: - Encadrement technique et développement des compétences des membres de l'équipe N3 - Mentorat - Gestion des infrastructures Réseau et Sécurité périmétrique de nos clients - maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) - maintenance et mise à jour - Gestion et résolution des incidents et problèmes complexes - Participation active aux projets d'évolution et de déploiement réseau (infrastructures LAN/WAN/WLAN et datacenter) - Rédaction et mise à jour de la documentation opérationnelle et technique - Participation active à la création et au maintien des procédures (clients régulés ISAE) - Amélioration continue des environnements techniques (clients et internes) - Communication avec prestataires et clients (Interlocuteurs techniques et Business/VIP) - Participation au piquet possible Company: Be your best with Bechtle Avec plus de employés, nous sommes l'une des entreprises informatiques les plus prospères et les leaders du marché dans notre secteur.
