Dans le cadre de son développement, l'Hôtel des Horlogers recherche son·sa futur·e
Guest Experience Manager
, véritable ambassadeur·rice de la marque et garant·e de l'excellence du parcours client.

En tant que
Guest Experience Manager
, vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement de l'expérience client, du premier contact jusqu'au départ.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Superviser la gestion des réservations et veiller à la fluidité de l'expérience dès la prise de contact
  • Garantir un accueil attentionné, un suivi proactif et un service de qualité tout au long du séjour
  • Coordonner les services liés au transport, aux arrivées et aux départs des client·es
  • Assurer la bonne gestion de la facturation et le contrôle de la satisfaction client·e
  • Encadrer et former l'équipe Guest Experience
  • Participer à l'optimisation du Revenue Management
  • Contribuer au développement et à la cohérence du service en lien avec les standards d'accueil LQA
  • Assumer le rôle de Duty Manager en l'absence de la Direction.

Votre profil:

  • Diplômé·e d'une école hôtelière ou d'une formation équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire au sein d'un hôtel haut de gamme
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
  • Très bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et hôteliers : Opera, D-Edge, Micros, Simphony, ZenChef
  • Leadership naturel, sens du service et grande aisance relationnelle.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités
  • Attitude positive et esprit d'équipe exemplaire.
