Your Mission

As a Sales Engineer, you will manage and develop our customer portfolio in the Bern / Solothurn region, identify new opportunities, and strengthen existing customer relationships. You will make a significant contribution to revenue growth, promote cross-functional collaboration, and deliver an exceptional consulting experience for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Technical and commercial sales of our solutions, products, and services
  • Acquisition of new customers and development of the assigned portfolio
  • Understanding customer needs and developing tailored solution concepts
  • Offer and contract negotiations as well as active price management
  • Supporting customers throughout the entire sales and delivery process
  • Maintaining all data in the CRM and documenting market/competition activities
  • Assisting with the rollout of new solutions and business initiatives

Your Profile

  • Technical or commercial education in automation/electrical engineering
  • Sales experience in Vision, sensor technology, or industrial automation
  • Strong technical affinity and good understanding of customer processes
  • Customer-oriented mindset, negotiation skills, and good time management
  • Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, team-oriented, and confident in customer interactions
  • Excellent German and English skills, French is an advantage

Ihre Mission

Als Sales Engineer betreuen und entwickeln Sie unser Kundenportfolio in der Region Bern / Solothurn, identifizieren neue Chancen und stärken bestehende Kundenbeziehungen. Sie leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Umsatzwachstum, fördern die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und schaffen für unsere Kunden ein aussergewöhnliches Beratungserlebnis.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technischer und kommerzieller Vertrieb unserer Lösungen, Produkte und Dienstleistungen
  • Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Weiterentwicklung des zugeordneten Kundenportfolios
  • Verständnis von Kundenbedürfnissen und Erarbeitung passender Lösungskonzepte
  • Angebots- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie aktives Preismanagement
  • Begleitung der Kunden über den gesamten Verkaufs- und Lieferprozess
  • Pflege sämtlicher Daten im CRM sowie Dokumentation des Markt-/Wettbewerbsgeschehens
  • Unterstützung beim Rollout neuer Lösungen und Business Initiatives

Ihr Profil

  • Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Automatisierung/Elektrotechnik
  • Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Vision, Sensorik oder industrieller Automatisierung
  • Hohe technische Affinität und gutes Verständnis für Kundenprozesse
  • Kundenorientierte Denkweise, Verhandlungsgeschick und gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstark, initiativ, teamorientiert und sicher im Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
