Une journée typique En tant que Sell outer specialist (contrat 2 mois) basé·e à Genève, vous reportez au Regional Retail Manager et collaborez étroitement avec les équipes marque et ventes LDB (Vichy, La Roche‑Posay, CeraVe). Vous concevez et délivrez des formations opérationnelles pour accélérer le sell‑out en points de vente.
- Animer ateliers en magasin et sessions virtuelles, démonstrations produits et cliniques d'application.
- Adapter et diffuser modules courts, fiches pratiques et outils d'aide à la vente pour les lancements.
- Accompagner sur le point de vente, réaliser feedbacks, checks de compétences et micro‑coaching pour améliorer la performance commerciale.
