Dann wirst du dich bei Apfelkiste wohlfühlen. Wir suchen einen echten Zahlenfreak mit Flair fürs Marketing, der Freude daran hat, komplexe Daten in klare Entscheidungen zu übersetzen. In dieser neu geschaffenen Schlüsselrolle gestaltest du den Aufbau einer datengetriebenen Marketingsteuerung, führst unsere Performance-Agenturen, entwickelst Analytics- und Controlling-Strukturen und schaffst die Basis für nachhaltiges Wachstum. Gemeinsam mit der IT und dem Management bringst du datenbasierte Entscheidungen auf das nächste Level und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketingorganisation aktiv voran.

Das erwartet dich im Arbeitsalltag:

  • Steuerung und Führung externer Agenturen im Bereich Search- und Social Media Advertising
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung
    von Analytics- und BI-Strukturen in enger Abstimmung mit der IT
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzepten für das organisatorische Setup (Outsourcing, Insourcing oder hybride Modelle)
  • Etablierung eines umfassenden Marketing-Controllings, um Effizienz und ROI von Marketing-Investitionen sicherzustellen
  • Sicherstellung fundierter, datengetriebener Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Marketing und Geschäftsführung
  • Kontinuierliche strategische Weiterentwicklung deines Verantwortungsbereichs sowie Impulsgeber für datengetriebene Innovationen

Das bist du:

  • Hochschulabschluss mit Fokus auf Statistik, Ökonometrie, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im E-Commerce und Digital Marketing
  • Tiefes Know-how in Performance Marketing, Analytics und Agentursteuerung
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von BI- und Controlling-Strukturen
  • Führungserfahrung, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Hands-on Mentalität, kombiniert mit strategischem Weitblick
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache oder C1 Kenntnisse und Englisch verhandlungssicher
