sichert und entwickelt die gesamte Standortinfrastruktur für unseren globalen Konzern, von der Forschung bis zur Patientenversorgung. Wir arbeiten in einem modernen, selbstorganisierten Modell, das Dir Gestaltungsspielraum und Entscheidungsfreiheit bietet. Innerhalb des Clusters "Site Assets & Spaces" sorgt der Kreis Technical Solutions und Maintenance für beste technische Lösungen und Werkstatt-Dienstleistungen. Wir suchen Dich als Maintenance Specialist (Instandhaltungsmechaniker) , um den Gebäudebetrieb und die Instandhaltung unserer hochmodernen Anlagen am Standort Basel/Kaiseraugst (Arbeitsort Basel) sicherzustellen.

Die Möglichkeit

  • Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung an komplexen Produktionsanlagen (Pumpen, Ventile, Rührwerke, Zentrifugen, etc.)
  • Wartung und Unterhalt von Vakuumpumpen in Labor- und Produktionsbereichen sowie an Sicherheitsventilen/Berstscheiben
  • Arbeit an hochmodernen Systemen wie Robotern, Hochregallagern und Lagersystemen
  • Montage, Demontage und Schadenanalyse von Gleitringdichtungen
  • Beratung interner Auftraggeber, um wirtschaftliche und technische Lösungen für diverse Problemstellungen zu finden
  • Proaktive Mitgestaltung in bereichsübergreifenden, interdisziplinären Teams und Projekten
  • Sicherstellung der GMP-konformen Arbeitsweise und Dokumentation
  • Leisten von Pikettdienst in Rotation mit Deinen Kollegen

Wer Du bist:

  • Du bist eine positive, integre und selbstreflektierende Persönlichkeit
  • Du verfügst über Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an selbstständiger Arbeit
  • Du bringst eine Berufslehre als Instandhaltungsmechaniker/-in, Polymechaniker/-in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, idealerweise im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
  • Du besitzt gute EDV-Kenntnisse (inklusive SAP) und bist teamfähig, offen, flexibel und kommunikativ
  • Du bist bereit zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung, um fachlich auf dem Stand der Technik zu bleiben
  • Du kommunizierst fliessend in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
