About our client

For our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Basel, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager Supply Chain Management (m/w/d). This innovative healthcare organization is one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, dedicated to reimagining medicine to improve and extend people's lives, reaching over 250 million patients worldwide with their groundbreaking treatments and sustainable healthcare solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive supply chain PMO activities
    for a strategic global integration project spanning multiple business units
  • Drive end-to-end evaluation and implementation
    of integrated business setups in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Oversee workstream leadership
    and design future operational flows while ensuring alignment with project timelines and business requirements
  • Manage complete flow implementation processes
    from conception through execution across global and country-specific levels
  • Utilize advanced PMO tools
    to create tracking dashboards and provide proactive monitoring of project activities
  • Drive resolution of critical issues
    and ensure timely completion of deliverables through effective stakeholder management
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
    between different business units during the harmonization process

Your profile

  • Master's degree
    in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or related field
  • 8-10 years of professional experience
    with proven track record in complex project management
  • Advanced English proficiency
    with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert-level MS Office skills
    , particularly advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated expertise in integration projects
    including finance systems, processes, and organizational transitions
  • Comprehensive supply chain knowledge
    with hands-on experience in end-to-end flow design and process implementation
  • Life sciences or commercial experience
    in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities
    to mobilize and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
