Job Description

Position Overview

As a Commercial Assistant at the EU Oilseeds Back Office, the candidate is responsible to provide full and accurate support to the ADMI EU Oilseeds department.

The candidate will be working within a team of 3 person which 2 are working part-time (80% and 60%).

Essential Duties

1.Contracts Management for all ADMI Locations across Europe

  • Print and dispatch daily contracts lists reports and ensure follow up
  • Release the contracts from the VAX hold file
  • Print and check the contracts
  • Send out and file the contracts
  • Modify or delete a contract in the VAX
  • Washouts for refinery products in the VAX

  • Various commercial and contracts duties

  • Incoming mails, e-mails

  • Manage all incoming mails and forward to the correct European location

  • Manage on a daily basis of all various request by e-mails

  • Various reports

  • Weekly trading guideline

  • Monthly Market Values

  • Various administrative tasks

  • Filling

  • Audit requests
  • Yearly archive
  • Various administrative duties

Qualifications, skills, and Experience

  • Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English with another European language a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed, accurate and organized
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Pro active
