Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrode Production Specialist to join our Customer Care team within our global excellence center for P&D in Dübendorf, Switzerland. 

The ideal candidate will primarily focus on electrode manufacturing while contributing to customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute electrode manufacturing processes, including electroplating, membrane cutting, and electrode set assembly
  2. Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process
  3. Manage warehouse inventory of electrode components and finished products
  4. Document production procedures and maintain accurate records
  5. Package and prepare electrode sets for shipment
  6. Support service activities of key projects as needed
  7. Participate in troubleshooting of ozone generatorsh
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  1. Technical education or equivalent experience in manufacturing/production
  2. Strong attention to detail and quality control
  3. Experience with precise manual work and assembly
  4. Inventory management experience
  5. Good communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. English and German language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with electroplating processes
  2. Background in technical customer support
  3. Experience with documentation and SOPs
