En tant que Software Quality Engineer, vous serez chargé(e) de piloter l'amélioration continue et de vérifier les documents produits par les équipes d'ingénierie conformément aux exigences des projets clients. Vous veillerez à ce que les projets et les produits respectent les normes et exigences applicables, et vous effectuerez des évaluations indépendantes de la conformité des activités d'ingénierie aux systèmes, règles et processus internes et externes.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Gérer la revue des documents clients en tenant compte des exigences de qualité et de conformité
  • Agir en tant qu'expert du domaine pour la compréhension et l'application des normes de développement logiciel aéronautiques, notamment RTCA/DO-178 et SAE ARP4754
  • Servir de point de contact qualité unique, à la fois vis-à-vis du client et en interne pour le programme
  • Réaliser des évaluations des activités de développement d'ingénierie afin de mesurer leur conformité aux normes clients, réglementaires, industrielles et internes
  • Participer aux jalons internes et externes (y compris la validation produit) liés aux activités logicielles
  • Participer aux audits clients, ainsi qu'à ceux menés par les autorités réglementaires ou organismes de normalisation
  • Mener des audits internes conformément au plan annuel d'audit qualité, y compris le suivi des actions correctives et préventives (CAPA)
  • Participer au processus de libération déléguée des produits en tant que remplaçant

Votre profil :

  • Bachelor (HES/EPF ou équivalent), de préférence en ingénierie informatique ou dans un domaine similaire
  • Idéalement 10 ans d'expérience en environnement industriel, dont 5 ans en Qualité
  • Expérience dans la revue des exigences clients du secteur aéronautique, les activités de développement, la norme d'assurance de conception RTCA/DO-178, et la norme de sécurité fonctionnelle IEC61508
  • Maîtrise des langages et méthodes de programmation, ainsi que des connaissances de base en électronique et en systèmes de mesure
  • Expérience en coordination d'équipes transverses et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles et aptitudes à la négociation
  • Esprit analytique
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
