Quantonomics baut AI-gestützte Software, die Führungskräften hilft, messbar besser zu werden. Wir sind finanziert, haben zahlende Kund:innen und du arbeitest direkt mit Prof. Dr. Lars B. Sonderegger am Produkt – mitten in Zürich: Büro direkt am Bahnhof Stadelhofen, 1 Minute vom See.

Aufgaben
  • Entwickeln moderner Web-Anwendungen mit Angular (Frontend) und .NET / C# (Backend) auf Azure.
  • APIs, Datenmodelle, Integrationen und UI-Flows konzipieren und umsetzen – end-to-end.
  • Mit AI-Assistants (z.B. Copilot, ChatGPT) deinen Workflow beschleunigen: Code-Gen, Tests, Refactoring.
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Lifecycle: Architekturentscheidungen, Implementierung, Tests, CI/CD, Basis-DevOps.
  • Performance, Stabilität und Security in einem multi-tenant SaaS im Blick behalten.
  • Eng mit Gründerteam und Usern arbeiten: Feedback einsammeln, Produkt iterativ besser machen.
Qualifikation

  • Studium in Informatik oder verwandtem Bereich (ETH/UZH/FH) oder bereits Abschluss – gerne mit erster Berufserfahrung.

  • Praxis mit allen drei Bereichen:

  • .NET / C# – z.B. Web APIs, Services, Background Tasks

  • Angular – Components, Routing, Forms, State-Management

  • Azure – z.B. App Service, Functions, SQL/Storage, Monitoring oder ähnliche Cloud-Services

    Nicht nur Uni-Übungen – sondern ernsthafte Projekte, Praktika oder produktive Systeme.

  • Du nutzt AI-Tools heute schon bewusst zum Coden (nicht nur zum Übersetzen von StackOverflow).

  • Solide Erfahrung mit Git, Pull Requests, Code Reviews und sauberem, gut lesbarem Code.

  • Sprachen: Du kannst Meetings und schriftliche Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch entspannt meistern.

  • Standort: Du lebst im Grossraum Zürich (oder ziehst her) und kannst regelmässig ins Office kommen – das ist kein Full-Remote-Job.

  • Mindset: eigenständig, neugierig, verlässlich, teamorientiert – und Lust, technisch wirklich tief zu gehen.
