A job that matters: your tasks

  • Ensure the continuous development of the ERP Solutions and its eco system in close co-operation with the Business and all involved Stakeholders.
  • Ensure the active governance of the Global ERP by managing all Demands and Change Request together with the individual Governance Boards especially GPO organization.
  • Actively contribute to Rollouts especially in Transformation-Standardization Programs having a close co-operation with Business, Global Process Owner organization and the other Global IT Applications.
  • Translate Business requirements to adapt and extend the ERP Landscape with adequate solutions and necessary extensions to the core system .
  • Manage resource planning for the defined workload which includes the strategic implementation and integration of an offshoring center .
  • Contribute actively in the design of end-to-end processes together with the other Global IT Application departments and Global Process Owner organization for a standardized target application landscape and process design.
  • Supplier Management with an ongoing valuation of make or buy decision including the negotiation of individual contracts and co-operation models focusing on Global Capability Center approach.
    Ensure qualifications, trainings and know-how of the entire ERP department and ensure the overall Global IT rules and regulations (standards)

  • SAP Center of Excellence and SAP Program Management (10 years plus)
  • Global Rollouts in a standardization approach
  • Executive Management skills (10 years plus)
  • Management of Managers, Teams and Departments
    IT or Business Management Background (University degree or similar experience)
