PhD position in post-quantum cryptography with a focus on technology communication management

This unique position combines theoretical and applied cryptography with strategic communication, project coordination, and technology management. It is ideally suited for candidates who want to conduct high-level scientific research while also contributing to the translation of PQC innovations into industry and policy contexts
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research in post-quantum cryptography
- Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, or models related to PQC adoption
- Communicate research findings to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Support collaboration with industry partners, governmental bodies, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to project planning, reporting, and dissemination activities
- Participate in teaching activities and supervise student assistants (if applicable)
- Publish results in leading international journals and conferences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Security, or a related field
- Strong foundational knowledge in cryptography, ideally with exposure to PQC
- Interest or prior experience in business communication, project management, or technology policy
- Preferably a Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment
- Proficiency in English
