Would you like to run a creative business?

Zurich Art Club is looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial person to take over the daily management
 and help us grow into our next exciting chapter.

Founded in 2023, Zurich Art Club is a creative studio offering art courses from 
Pottery to Painting, Team Events, Birthday Parties and Bachelorettes
. Since our launch, we've built a growing community of artists and learners — and now we're ready to take things to the next level.

As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a 
hands-on CEO / Studio Manager
 with the drive and creativity to lead the Zurich Art Club forward. Both founders, Elliot and I, currently have full-time jobs and are expecting our first child — so we're looking for someone passionate to step in and help shape the future of this growing business.

Who You Are

You're entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited by the idea of running a young creative business. You enjoy taking ownership and have a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on energy. Ideally, you've run a project or business before and are confident managing both people and processes. You should be able to speak German and English, any other language is a plus.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience in project or business management
  • Strong communication skills
  • A basic understanding of accounting and payroll
  • A genuine interest in art, creativity, and community

Your Role

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Keeping the booking calendar up to date
  • Coordinating teachers (or teaching yourself, if you wish)
  • Creating and implementing marketing strategies
  • Managing inventory and orders
  • Maintaining a tidy, welcoming studio space
  • Creating course schedules and introducing new offerings
  • Developing new revenue streams
  • Managing social media and website updates (including SEO/ AIO)

What We Offer

We offer a 70/30 profit split
 — meaning you'll receive 
70% of the monthly profits
 from the business.

This is not a salaried position, but an opportunity to 
run and grow a business as your own
, with the freedom to shape it creatively and operationally.

We'll have regular check-ins every two weeks to support you and ensure things are on track.

Start Date

We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible
, and at the latest by 
January 2026
.
