Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. You'll gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actionable product strategies. Your work will directly influence the roadmap, shaping the future of our products and contributing to the company's growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements based on customer insights and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, plan releases, and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to inform product decisions
  • Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and iterate to improve outcomes
  • Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders at all levels

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Aha)
  • Customer-focused mindset and passion for creating great user experiences
