minimalisma is a Scandinavian brand based in Zürich, designing timeless, premium essentials in natural materials for children and women. We are looking for a hands-on Garment Technician/Product Developer, who can turn design ideas into perfectly fitting, production-ready styles.

Areas of responsibility:
Technical development of product designs (design sketches, production documents, technical drawings, measurement charts including gradings) – Illustrator and Excel
Quality control from development through production to incoming goods
Create and maintain tech packs/BOMs, ensuring all technical documentation is up to date
Lead fit sessions (on model and mannequin) and write clear fit reports with actionable comments
Manage direct, international supplier communication; follow up on samples, timelines and approvals
Review and approve construction, trims and accessories; check lab dips/colour standards
Analyze construction issues and optimize patterns for quality, comfort and efficient production
Collaborate closely with Design and the Sales Manager to hit quality, cost and delivery targets
Manage models for fitting and photoshoots
What you bring
Degree/apprenticeship in Pattern Making / Garment Technology / Design or equivalent
Several years' experience in product development or garment tech—ideally with kids' and/or womenswear
Experience with knitwear and jersey fabrics (must-have)
Strong skills in product development, fit and grading
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (must-have) and solid MS Excel skills; Photoshop experience is a plus.Top of Form
Confident communicator with factories; structured, proactive and solution-oriented
Fluent English in speech and writing (our working language). German is a plus but not a must
