Für unseren Kunden in Zürich, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Lead Software Architect.

In dieser Position verantwortest du das gesamte technische Design sowie den Erfolg von Softwareprojekten – von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Auslieferung. Du stellst sicher, dass Lösungen sowohl den geschäftlichen Zielen als auch den technischen Anforderungen entsprechen. Dazu gehören die Definition der Systemarchitektur, die technische Führung der Entwicklungsteams sowie zentrale Entscheidungen zu Tools, Frameworks und Technologien. Ausserdem sorgst du für Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und Performance, arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen, steuerst die technische Richtung des Projekts und trägst wesentlich zur Zufriedenheit der Kundschaft und zum Projekterfolg bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung komplexer IT-Architekturen in innovativen Softwarelösungen sowie strategisch-technologische Beratung unserer Kundschaft
  • Technische Führung eines oder mehrerer Teams von Kick-off bis Roll-out in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement
  • Mit deinen Leadership-Fähigkeiten begeisterst, inspirierst und mobilisierst du dein Projektteam sowie die Kundschaft für Ideen und technische Konzepte
  • Durch Coaching der Teammitglieder in Software Engineering, Architektur und agilen Prinzipien trägst du entscheidend zum Projekterfolg bei

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH, Uni, ETH oder ähnlich) in Informatik, Software Engineering oder einem verwandten Gebiet
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung als Software Engineer und/oder Architect
  • Fundiertes Know-how in der Entwicklung hochverfügbarer und sicherer Cloud-Lösungen sowie ausgeprägte Erfahrung in Softwarearchitektur und Dokumentation. Starke Fähigkeiten in konzeptioneller Arbeit und Domain Modeling
  • Sehr erfahrene Fullstack-Architekturkenntnisse mit TypeScript, , sowie SQL/NoSQL-Datenbanken
  • Kenntnisse in DevOps/GitOps, insbesondere CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Monitoring sowie Security (z. B. OAuth2, OIDC, Authentifizierung und Autorisierung)
  • Überzeugende Leadership-Qualitäten, Coaching- und Mentoring-Mentalität sowie Growth Mindset und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
