Job Description
En tant que HR Business Partner, vous serez le point de contact privilégié des managers et des collaborateurs pour :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie RH en lien avec les objectifs business.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans les phases de transformation et de changement.
  • Piloter les recrutements et attirer les meilleurs profils.
  • Renforcer la culture d'entreprise et favoriser l'engagement des collaborateurs.
  • Optimiser les processus RH (recrutement, formation, évaluation, rémunération…).
  • Assurer l'intégration des nouvelles recrues et leur suivi pendant la période d'essai.
  • Soutenir les managers dans la gestion de la performance et les plans de succession.
  • Participer à des projets RH transverses et stratégiques.
  • Gérer les départs avec professionnalisme et fluidité.

The Successful Applicant

  • Une expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en tant que HR Business Partner, idéalement dans un environnement technique ou industriel.
  • Une excellente maîtrise de l'allemand (niveau C1), l'anglais est un atout.
  • Une résidence en Suisse et une disponibilité pour des déplacements ponctuels en Romandie.
  • De solides compétences en communication, négociation et gestion des conflits.
  • Une connaissance approfondie du droit du travail suisse et des pratiques RH locales.
  • Un esprit positif, du recul et une bonne dose d'humour.
  • Une capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en influençant les parties prenantes.
