Location : Corsier-sur-Vevey, Switzerland

Role Level : Internship

Your Role:

  • Design and implement a standardized, digital framework for change overs in Suites 2, 3, and 4.
  • Map and standardize critical steps of change overs while maintaining necessary specifics.
  • Develop role-based checklists to clarify control points.
  • Manage projects related to change over processes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Establish a dashboard to monitor change over performance.
  • Train stakeholders on the new process and ensure effective cross-functional project management.

Your Profile:

  • Currently undertaking studies in a relevant field
  • Methodical, conscientious and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work both within a team and autonomously
