Senior Sales Associate
to join our Zurich store.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused retail professional who thrives in a luxury environment and enjoys taking on additional responsibility in store operations.

Your Role

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador for LUCA FALONI, delivering an outstanding client experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience aligned with LUCA FALONI brand values
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Act as a key holder, including opening and closing the store when required
  • Support store operations, including cash handling, tills, and end-of-day procedures
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clients
  • Support stock management, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and provide leadership on the shop floor when needed
  • Act as a role model for junior team members, sharing product knowledge and best practices

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally in a senior sales or key holder role
  • Strong sales mindset with a passion for clienteling and relationship building
  • Confident, professional, and service-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with experience handling keys and store responsibility
  • Strong interest in luxury menswear and premium fabrics
  • Fluent in
    German and English
    (additional languages are a plus)
  • Flexible and able to work weekends and peak retail hours
