Your responsibilities:

  • Anchor quality awareness from the team to the organization

  • Coaching and support of our customers in the test project

  • Creation of test concepts, strategies and plans

  • Stakeholder management, for example appropriate preparation and communication of test results, test progress and other metrics

  • Organization and management of the test team and the test project Risk management - identifying and addressing risks

  • Development of specialist topics and knowledge transfer within Xebia

Stellenanforderungen

Your skills:

  • You find the balance between empathy and assertiveness You have experience in test management

  • Experience in software test design and testing

  • Methodical knowledge and practical experience in the classic and agile software development models

  • Completed studies and certifications in test management and testing (ISTQB CTFL required, ISTQB Advanced Level is an advantage)

  • Creative, communicative and customer-oriented personality

  • Knowledge of tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

  • Very good knowledge of German and English is a must

  • Ideally, you already have experience in test automation
