Context and environment
The Trading Branches of TotalEnergies (TGP and T&S) have established a dedicated Innovation Lab, a service focused on fostering an innovation mindset and supporting the acceleration of innovation initiatives in the trading sector. The lab focuses on digital transformation, process improvement, and transverse collaboration. As part of the TILT Innovation Lab, you will collaborate with a wide range of departments across the trading branches (TGP and T&S), working on projects that drive innovation. The lab's core activities include advancing innovation projects, scouting for new technologies, and disseminating innovation knowledge through events like plenary talks, workshops, and short courses. During this internship, you will contribute directly to establishing and refining the lab's technology scouting service and expanding its service offerings.

*Activités
What You Will Do*
As a member of the Innovation Lab team, you will be working on a variety of tasks in collaboration

with a dynamic team and a range of internal and external stakeholders. The principal tasks include:

• Technology and Innovation Watch

• Conduct Technology Scouting and Benchmarking for Particular Use Cases: Research, identify, and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to specific business challenges in the trading sector.

• Develop a Technology Radar for Emerging Technologies in Our Sector: Create and maintain visual tools that categorize and track emerging technologies by their maturity and relevance to the business.
• Assist in the Development of Digital Prototypes: Support teams in building and testing prototypes, notably with no/low code tool, to evaluate potential solutions.
• Establish contact with tech firms and academic entities for potential collaborations.
• Effectively communicate insights and findings to the business and technical teams.

• Prepare reports and presentations that highlight potential digital solutions and their benefits.

• Innovation Project Support

• Assist in conducting project framings

• Workshop assistance and support

• Innovation Lab Activities & Communication

• Contribute to creation of web page content and event programming.

• Assist in day-to-day activities in innovation lab, such as maintenance of lab and media equipment, preparation of events, workshops, and short courses.
• Assist in ensuring smooth and high-quality execution of daily activities.

*Profil du candidat
Your Profile*

• Currently pursuing higher education (Master's degree or equivalent) in a field related to Business Analytics, Innovation, Data Science, or Engineering (Master / School of Engineers).
• You are proactive, inquisitive, methodical, and rigorous with an affinity for digital tools and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Proactive, methodical, and curious, with a capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Fluent in English (essential); additional language skills are a plus.
• A tri-partite internship agreement is mandatory.
