Project Context
As part of the development of new subcutaneous injectable microparticle-based products, we are looking for someone to strengthen the R&D team.

This Project Is Part Of An International Dynamic

  • Analytical development activities outsourced to the Netherlands,
  • Process laboratory located in Berlin,
  • Integration planned for January 2026 with an expanded team in Copenhagen.

The goal is to consolidate resources to accelerate formulation development and reach the next industrial milestones.

Responsabilities
As a
Formulation / Development Consultant
, you will join the technical team to:

  • Contribute to the development of new PLGA-based products (powders, microparticles, injectable microspheres).
  • Participate in the setup and optimization of manufacturing processes.
  • Work closely with the current development lead (15 years of experience) on product formulation and characterization.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer between different sites (St-Prex, Berlin, Copenhagen).
  • Provide scientific and technical support to external partners (labs, analytical consultants, packaging specialists).
  • Contribute to drafting technical documentation (protocols, reports, specifications).

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced degree in chemistry, pharmaceutics, galenics, or biotechnology (Master's/PhD).
  • 6-10 years of experience in developing microparticle formulations based on PLGA or similar biodegradable polymers.
  • Strong skills in pharmaceutical formulation, process development, and injectable product characterization.
  • Good understanding of analytical aspects and primary packaging.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
  • Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
  • Occasional travel possible to Copenhagen or Berlin.
