The P&C Advisor is the first point of contact for our stores within Switzerland and Austria and will act as a trusted partner to local retail leadership teams.

You will provide hands-on support and guidance in all People & Culture related matters, primarily within operational questions, ensuring that policies, processes, and initiatives are not only implemented consistently but also tailored to the local employment law. You also play a role in recruitment for new stores, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the essential processes that make recruitment and onboarding seamless.

This role is based in Fraunfeld and primarily focuses on overseeing People & Culture, coordinating all people-related matters, and collaborating closely with the team in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for Area Manager & Store Managers on P&C related matters.
  • Serve as local superuser and provide first line support in our P&C Systems (Personio, Same System & Emply).
  • Deliver hands-on P&C support and expert advice on employee relations, performance management and compliance issues.
  • Support our stores with recruitment during, working closely with store managers to ensure teams are fully staffed, enabling the store managers to feel confident in their recruitment decisions.
  • Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the local employment law and internal People & Culture procedures. This includes preparing accurate documentation and process-related paperwork.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of P&C policies and procedures across all stores.
  • Monitor and report P&C metrics (e.g., turnover, absence rates).

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience as a P&C Advisor or similar HR generalist role within the retail sector.
  • Proven ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law with the ability to apply it confidently in complex situations. If you also have knowledge about employment law in Austria, then it is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with retail workforce planning is considered an advantage.

  • Passionate about people, retail, and delivering exceptional employee experience.
  • Proficiency in English at a professional business level and have a basic level of French is required.
