Dans le cadre de notre développement à l'International, nous recrutons un
Global Brand Manager
(h/f).

Au sein du département Marketing International et sous la responsabilité du Directeur Marketing, vous participerez et mettrez en œuvre la stratégie marketing afin de soutenir la performance commerciale des produits et de développer de nouveaux concepts de produits au sein d'une gamme.

Développement de produit
:

Mission : Concevoir de nouveaux produits de type compléments alimentaires et dermo-cosmétique (Formulations, packaging, identité visuelle, prix, positionnement, etc.).

Actions :

  • Définir le positionnement du produit, le prix et le profil patient/consommateur ciblé
  • Briefer et coordonner les formulateurs/façonniers et l'unité de production
  • Établir et assurer le suivi des plannings de développement produits en accord avec les façonniers
  • Réaliser des études associées aux produits (test d'efficacité, étude consommateur, étude de phase 4...)
  • Créer l'ensemble des éléments de packaging et s'assurer du suivi et de la gestion des BAG, BAT
  • Gérer les budgets des projets du Marketing
  • Proposer un kit de lancement produit (présentation de lancement, outils marketing globaux)

Développement de campagnes globales d'animation produit
:

Mission : Concevoir des campagnes 360 omnicanal et multicibles sur les produits prioritaires (Médicaments, compléments alimentaires, dermocosmétiques).

Actions

  • Co-construire avec les pays des campagne 360 : concept visuel, guide stratégique d'activation pays (ciblage et suivi des KPI), propositions d'outils marketing (visite médicale, visite pharmacie, outils digitaux)
  • Accompagner les pays pour l'implémentation de leur campagne
  • Suivre la performance de ces campagnes

Veille concurrentielle, et suivi de la performance :

Mission : Assurer une veille concurrentielle régulière et analyser les besoins de marché

Mission : Assurer un suivi régulier de la performance des produits et du déploiement du portefeuille sur les territoires.

Issu(e) d'une formation Scientifique et d'un Master en Ecole supérieure de commerce ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en tant que chef de produit.

Vous avez une bonne maitrise de l'environnement global des industries pharmaceutiques et une bonne connaissance du médicament, du cosmétique et des compléments alimentaires.

Doté(e) d'une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, vous avez une vision globale du marketing avec ses différentes interfaces.

Rigoureux(se) et ayant le sens de l'organisation, vous faites preuve d'un bon relationnel et d'une curiosité opérationnelle des marchés, concurrents, tendances et besoins des filiales et distributeurs.

Votre Anglais et Français sont courant.
