Deine Aufgaben
:

  • Terminvereinbarung bei Arztpraxen für einen Key Account Manager eines Pharmabetriebs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Manager
  • Pflege und Koordination des Terminkalenders des Key Account Managers
  • Telefonannahme und Weiterleitung
  • Kundenanfragen beantworten
  • Datenerfassung


Dein Profil
:

  • Erfahrungen als Telefonist, Call Center Agent (CCA), Mitarbeiter im Telefonvertrieb oder Telefonist
  • Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung bei der Koordination von Terminen für einen Pharmabetrieb
  • Quereinsteiger, die eine neue berufliche Herausforderung suchen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte EDV Kenntnisse
  • Fundierte Deutsch- und Englisch Kenntnisse
