About the company Daedalean ist ein in Zürich ansässiges Startup, das von erfahrenen Ingenieuren gegründet wurde, die den Luftverkehr in den nächsten zehn Jahren komplett revolutionieren wollen. Wir kombinieren Computer Vision, Deep Learning und Robotik, um eine vollständige "Level-5"-Autonomie für Flugfahrzeuge zu entwickeln. Deine Rolle: Als ML-Unternehmen produzieren und nutzen wir große Mengen an Luftbildvideodaten, die wir speichern, verarbeiten und für unsere Teams weltweit nutzbar machen müssen. Du wirst Teil des ML-Teams sein, das Werkzeuge und Infrastruktur entwirft, implementiert und wartet, um unsere ML-Entwicklungsumgebung zu unterstützen. Diese müssen effizient, skalierbar, zuverlässig sein und sehr spezifische Anforderungen erfüllen, die durch unsere Zertifizierungsbemühungen vorgegeben sind, während sie die notwendige Flexibilität für die ML-Entwicklung beibehalten. Bei Daedalean unterstützen wir sowohl On-Premise- als auch Cloud-basierte Compute-Cluster. Die Arbeit umfasst den Aufbau von Web-APIs, Kubernetes-Workflows, Datenbanken, Speicher und hausinternen Tools, die in Rust, C , Python oder Golang geschrieben sind, sowie das Bereitstellen und Warten von Software-Tools von Drittanbietern. Du wirst mit unseren Teams für ML-Entwicklung, Datenmanagement und Datenannotation zusammenarbeiten und sicherstellen, dass sie alles haben, was sie für eine reibungslose Arbeit benötigen. Mit Unterstützung dieser Teams übernimmst du die Verantwortung für Funktionen wie die Verarbeitung von Flugtestaufnahmen, Annotationstool-Pipelines, Optimierungsalgorithmen für neuronale Netze, Inferenzplattformen sowie Konfigurationsmanagement und Inventar.
