About The Role And Responsibilities*
In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform service tasks according to work instructions and in compliance with ABB's quality and safety guidelines. You will deliver high-quality customer service daily, plan and execute service work based on customer orders and expectations, and demonstrate your expertise by ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication of timelines and service expectations.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks at customer sites in the medium- and low-voltage sector
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets in collaboration with the service project management and field service leadership
• Communicate necessary changes according to quality assurance standards, comply with work instructions, regulations, and safety standards, and submit time reports and expenses
• Inform customers about the service offerings of ELSE and ABB Switzerland AG and support the acquisition of additional service orders

Your Qualifications

• Completed training as an electrician or automation technician with several years of professional experience, ideally with additional knowledge in copper construction and mechanical processing
• Solid expertise in electrical and automation technology, as well as experience operating mechanical equipment
• Strong process affinity and a structured approach to working within defined workflows
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly and customer-oriented
• High level of quality awareness, personal responsibility, flexibility, and resilience
• Proficient in MS Office; willingness to travel extensively and participate in on-call duties across Switzerland
• Fluent in German, basic English skills (French is a plus); valid Swiss category B driver's license
