Senior Infrastructure Specialist (Storage):

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist (Storage) for a long contract based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Role Description:

  • The role is responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for data center storage environments. The objective is to ensure high system availability, operational excellence, and positive customer experience while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Handle complex and escalated incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Resolve technical and security-related issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to ensure seamless operations and strong security posture.
  • Perform value-added activities such as:
  • Knowledge base creation and updates
  • Training and mentoring freshers
  • Coaching L1/L2 analysts
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through:
  • First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Minimal ticket reopens or rejected resolutions
  • Proactive mitigation of security threats
