Ce que tu accomplis

  • Analyse et enrichissement : Identifie les opportunités du marché pour enrichir notre catalogue. Collabore avec nos partenaires afin de concevoir et mettre à jour nos offres, tout en répondant aux besoins de nos clients.
  • Coordination de lancements : Planifie et évalue la performance des assortiments. Crée des stratégies marketing efficaces pour maximiser leur impact et assurer leur succès.
  • Partenariat : Optimise les relations avec les fournisseurs et identifie de nouveaux partenaires stratégiques afin de renforcer et diversifier nos offres.
  • Approvisionnement optimal : Garantit la disponibilité, la fraîcheur et la qualité des produits en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs et les équipes logistiques.
  • Optimisation des ventes : Collabore avec nos partenaires pour optimiser la présentation des produits, maximiser les ventes et assurer une communication fluide avec les filiales.
  • Suivi et collaboration : Analyse les performances des produits et ajuste l'assortiment. Travaille avec le service clientèle et les coopératives pour améliorer l'expérience client et respecter les standards.
  • Visite des partenaires : Afin de pérenniser le lien et d'optimiser les processus, tu te déplaces fréquemment chez nos partenaires.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Bildung: Études achevées (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) dans le domaine de la gestion, du marketing ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience professionnelle: 5 ans d'expérience : en gestion de produit de préférence dans le secteur du commerce de détail.
  • Compétences analytiques : Tu analyses des données complexes et interprètes les tendances pour prendre des décisions éclairées et ajuster nos offres.
  • Communication et négociation : Tu communiques clairement et négocies efficacement avec les partenaires pour obtenir les meilleures conditions.
  • Gestion de projet : Tu planifies, organises et suis des projets de lancement de produits pour assurer leur succès sur le marché.
  • Expertise Produit : Tu possèdes une connaissance approfondie des fruits et légumes, accompagnée d'une passion et d'une affinité marquée pour ceux-ci.
  • Français (couramment)
  • Allemand (bonnes connaissances)
