Beauty Consultant

The BC is responsible for demonstrating and selling products as well as performing brow services including brow mapping, tinting, waxing and shaping Most importantly, he/she is responsible for having fun and creating an unforgettable experience for their clients

The opportunity is available for a period of three months, starting in January and ending in March.

Core Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales goals agreed with the manager through, making connections with customers, carrying out brow treatments and demonstrating Benefit products (following the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's selling formula)
• Build and maintain good customer and retailer relationships,
• Participate in counter events including new product releases, charity events and parties,
• Communicate inventory needs (hygiene and products) and concerns to direct manager,
• Ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times,
• Complete weekly sales worksheet to help monitor the counter performance.

Requirements

• Strong retail and customer services experience (cosmetics experience preferred),
• Valid waxing license and proven strong service history
• Passionate about cosmetics, BROWS and very much sales-oriented
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking
• A go-getter Must be comfortable approaching clients and 'traffic stopping'
• FUN
