DREAMS POWERED BY SCIENCE
At Sleep2perform, we redefine what recovery means in elite sport. We work with some of the world's leading football clubs, professional cycling teams, and national federations bridging the gap between cutting-edge sleep science and the daily realities of performance environments. Our mission is clear: to help athletes, coaches, and staff reach their highest potential through world-class sleep and recovery strategies.
We are now expanding our international team and looking for the next
Sleep & Recovery Specialists
to join us on our journey across Europe.
YOUR ROLE - TURNING SCIENCE INTO GAME-CHANGING RESULTS
You will work directly with clubs, athletes, and performance departments to design, implement, and monitor evidence-based sleep and recovery Sleep2perform protocols. You will translate complex science into practical solutions helping entire teams shift behaviour, improve recovery, and sustain performance through demanding seasons and travel schedules.
This is a high-impact, high-trust role. You'll be part of a highly professional expert team working side by side with players, coaches, medical staff, and executives. Your work will be both on the training ground and behind the scenes analysing data, leading workshops, and ensuring the science is lived, not just learned.
You'll bridge science and human performance - the steady expert players turn to when travel, schedules, and pressure reach their peak.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We aim beyond good. We seek exceptional - someone who understands that excellence is both a science and a way of life.
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Master's degree or higher in exercise physiology, psychology, medicine or a related field.
- Proven experience working within professional sport - ideally top-tier football, cycling, or similar high-performance environments.
- Documented experience working within the field of sleep and recovery - preferably applied in professional sport settings.
- Deep understanding of team dynamics, staff hierarchies, and the pressures of elite competition.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn biometric or behavioural data into actionable insight.
- Exceptional communication and teaching ability - able to earn trust from athletes and staff alike.
- Empathy, discretion, and professionalism. You listen first, then lead.
Preferred experience:
- Prior collaboration with performance, medical, or recovery departments in professional clubs.
- Knowledge of sleep technology, circadian strategies and fatigue management.
- Demonstrated success in behavioural change or performance habit coaching.
YOU IN ACTION
You'll conduct sleep profiling and data analysis, lead education sessions for teams and coaching staff, plus guide and coach individuals through tailored recovery interventions. You'll join scientific meetings, contribute to programme development, and travel extensively to implement strategies across European clubs and training camps.
Every assignment demands adaptability, absolute discretion, and an ability to perform under pressure - because our clients do.
THE SLEEP2PERFORM DNA
