Your Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of site development, including support the commercial site manager in identifying suitable locations, planning, securing permits, and coordinating with construction teams until handover to operation:

• Handle all planning and application processes for charging infrastructure deployment in Switzerland, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements
• Oversee grid connection activities, working closely with utility providers to ensure a reliable power supply for our charging stations
• Collaborate with civil engineering and central teams to ensure the proper foundation and infrastructure for our charging stations
• Manage every aspects of the relationship with our suppliers & subcontractors in order to ensure they deliver our projects in accordance with E.ON quality & standard, within agreed timeline and budget
• Monitor & maintain up to date project report (costs, budget, progress, times lines) and prepare periodical performance reviews
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date for reference and compliance purposes
• Coordinate the handover of completed sites to the operations team, ensuring a seamless transition

Your Profile 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Project Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years professional experience of project management in the field of electromobility or infrastructure deployment
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes related to infrastructure development
• Strong understanding of AC and DC power, transformers, circuit protection, single-line electrical and mechanical diagrams, and construction drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Flexibility to travel for site visits and partner discussions (driver's license required)
• Fluent in German and English, French and / or Italian is a plus
