Votre mission

  • Développer et piloter votre activité de recrutement de manière indépendante : prospection, définition des besoins, chasse, sélection et accompagnement de vos clients et candidats.
  • Créer, gérer et faire grandir votre propre portefeuille de clients dans l'univers Premium, Luxe et Retail (et au-delà).
  • Identifier, approcher et évaluer des talents, en Suisse comme à l'international.
  • Agir en véritable partenaire et ambassadeur(drice) de notre cabinet auprès de vos clients.

Votre profil

  • Une expérience confirmée du recrutement en cabinet / agence (minimum 3–5 ans).
  • Une bonne connaissance des secteurs Luxe, Premium ou Retail serait un véritable atout.
  • Un esprit entrepreneurial : autonome, proactif(ve), orienté(e) résultats, avec l'envie de bâtir et développer votre propre activité.
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et sens aïgu de la fidélisation clientèle.
  • Langues : français et anglais indispensables ; l'allemand représenterait un avantage certain.
